Timeline
Research
Research consisted of going through the assignments of the class and studying concepts of HTML and CSS. We took many courses on Codecademy as well as received instruction/lessons from our professor. This project eventually developed into the website that you're currently browsing.
Plan Designs
For the planning stage, I worked on developing a plan for what I wanted to include in my website and portfolio and what kind of emotions I wanted to elicit from the user. Designing a style tile helped me plan out what I wanted to include and how.
Design and Wireframe
This step of the process was very tedious and drawn out because I went through many ideas before I settled on one I liked (and it's changed since then!).
Final Designs
As this was just a Hi-Fidelity wireframe, it was still open to design changes. These are the final design choices I made for this specific project. I wanted to keep it simple, yet intriguing enough for the user to stay interested. This was the end result of a bigger project, which would be a fully coded (HTML and CSS) website for the same class.
